Park Bo-young won the best actress award in the mini-series category at the 2017 Seoul International Drama Awards for her role in “Strong Woman Do Bong-soon.”

At the ceremony that took place on Thursday, Park gave her acceptance speech, but forgot to mention her fans. Saying she wanted to make up for it, Park went live on V app to have a late-night chat with her fans.

“I had dinner after the awards ceremony with the agency people and had a bit of alcohol,” Park said. “My manager urged me to go on air tomorrow after I sober up, but I really thought I had to thank you tonight.”

“I went up to the stage thinking I would mention you all, but in the heat of the moment I forgot, and I felt really sorry afterward.”

“Bo-gum-ssi said his thanks to his fans in so many foreign languages and that totally caught me off guard,” Park said, mentioning the “Moonlight Drawn by the Clouds” actor, Park Bo-gum, who had also been present at the ceremony.

“I didn’t even know I had international fans myself,” she said, expressing regret at not having prepared foreign language messages herself.

Regarding the ankle ligaments injury she suffered during the shoot for “Do Bong-soon,” Park said, “My ankle is fine. The surgery went great, and I’m rehabilitating well.” Park said she gained 4 kilograms after the surgery in June, because she wasn’t able to move as much.

Sunmi celebrated her first place in “M! Countdown” program through a live V show, Thursday. This was Sunmi’s third time to rank first on a TV music show with her latest song “Gashina.”

“I’m very happy for the win,” Sunnmi said thanking the fans. “HyunA gave me a hug on the way out. I said hello to the Pristin girls too,” she said.

Sunmi will vie for the top spot again in Friday’s “Music Bank” and Sunday’s “Inkigayo.”

“Inkigayo” will be Sunmi’s final live performance on TV until her next release. Sunmi promised she will return to V on Sunday with a nupbang, a live broadcast done lying in bed.

Some fans said in the V chat thread that Sunmi looked like a mamushi snake, to which Sunmi responded they were mean.

Sunmi sang parts of “Gashina” inside the van, with explosive vocal volume. For the rest of the broadcast, Sunmi took song requests from fans.

Winner’s Seungyoon came back to V with black dyed-hair and good news of a larger residence.

“The good news is our accommodation has split to two,” Seungyoon said. Previously, the four Winner members had all stayed in the same house.

Now, Seungyoon and Seunghoon will stay in one flat and Jinwoo and Minho in another.

“We still live on the same floor. Jinwoo and Minho are going to live in the apartment opposite ours,” said Seungyoon.

This is for the better in many ways, as Seungyoon and Seunghoon are the dog-family, while Jinwoo and Minho, are the cat-family.

“This is all thanks to you,” Seunghoon said to the fans regarding the group’s having scored bigger living spaces.
