It has been exactly 10 years since HyunA said hello to the K-pop scene.

She was then a wide-eyed bubbly teen seeking pop stardom. Now, the 25-year-old hopes to look back on the past 10 years with her upcoming EP “Following,” which will be released at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

“It’s released on the 10-year anniversary of my debut, so I want to reflect upon my past. ... I’ve focused mostly on myself (in preparation) for the album,” she said in an interview with the fashion magazine The Star.

HyunA shared her feelings toward fans, whose support keeps her going. She described them as “the answer to why she should work so hard, and said she wanted her new album to be a gift to them.
