A making-of documentary film of the drama series “Manhole” was released Sunday through Naver’s V app.

In the clip, Kim Jae-joong, the male lead of the drama, was filming a scene where he had disappeared into a manhole.

For the shooting, the staff created a specially made manhole and cover.

“It is a plastic manhole cover. This is so amazing,” Kim said. To show that the cover was really light, he held it between his two fingers, before taking a photo of the cover.

He jumped into the manhole on the set. “The manhole is much smaller than I thought,” he said. He had to bend his knees to not be seen.
