The four members of K-pop boy band NU’EST W expressed their delight on holding a fan meeting in a recent interview for the September issue of local fashion magazine Ceci.

“I feel good about everything recently but I am most glad about the 10,000 tickets for the upcoming fan meeting that sold out in just 3 minutes,” JR said.

“It had been a longtime dream to hold a large-scale fan meeting,” Baek-ho said.

Choi Min-ki, JR, Baek-ho and Hwang Min-hyun of boy group NU’EST recently participated in Mnet’s survival audition program “Produce 101 Season 2.” All except Hwang failed to secure a spot in the final 11-member group, but NU’EST regained public attention.

As Hwang Min-hyun had to leave the group due to his activities as a member of Wanna One, a project group formed by Mnet’s show, NU’EST decided to resume its activities as the four-member subgroup NU’EST W.

“We have not changed at all (since we gained popularity). Every moment counted for us. We will continue to work hard,” JR said.
