KBS’ music show “Music Bank” brought an extravaganza to some 7,000 K-pop fans in Singapore on its world tour.

Some of the leading K-pop stars, including boy bands SHINee, CNBLUE and BTS and girl groups Mamamoo and Red Velvet, gathered at Suntec Convention Centre in Singapore Friday evening for the big music event hosted by actor Park Bo-gum, Irene of Red Velvet and Singaporean DJ Lim Peifen.

The artists opened the concert by singing the Singaporean children’s song “Singapura, Sunny Island” altogether.

Then they performed their hit songs and collaborated with each other to perform soundtracks of KBS’ hit drama series such as “Love in the Moonlight” and “Descendants of the Sun.”

“It was impressive that the fans were singing along fluently even to the difficult Korean rap parts,” said Rap Monster of BTS.

“Music Bank” will hit Jakarta next month for the second time after its concert in March 2013.
