Behind-the-scenes footage of Lee Joon-gi learning magic tricks for the tvN series “Criminal Minds” was revealed Thursday via the Naver V app.

The clip showed Lee taking lessons from an instructor ahead of shooting a scene in which he had to show children magic tricks.

Lee learned how to make a small ball disappear. After mastering the trick, he appeared excited, showing what he had learned to the drama’s director and other staff.

The actor also successfully pulled off the trick during the shoot.

In the series, Lee plays Kim Hyun-joon, a criminal profiler who has a silly yet caring personality.
