The creators of “Manhole: Phil in Wonderland” released photos of the upcoming series’ onscreen couple Tuesday.

The pictures were taken on set. They showed Kim Jae-joong of JYJ and former After School member Uee looking at each other affectionately during filming.

One of the photos captured Kim with his eyes closed while Uee carefully applies a facial product on his face and neck.

In the KBS drama, Kim plays the lead male character Bong-phil. Uee plays the lead female character Kang Soo-jin, who secretly loved Bong-phil for 28 years.

“Manhole: Phil in Wonderland” will air on Wednesdays and Thursdays, starting from Aug. 9.
