“I wanted to greet you through the video on this special day, since I thought leaving a message online was not enough,” Kim said. “I can’t believe 1,000 days have passed already since we celebrated our 6,000 days together the last time.”

Counting the 7,000 days in seconds, minutes and hours to emphasize how much time has passed, Kim expressed gratitude to fans who have stood with the group through thick and thin.

Kim also said he was currently waiting for other members at a dance studio and that he had gone to a practice for an upcoming musical in the morning.

“I feel so safe with you guys, our fans. Although we have different lives, I hope to stay with you as long as possible and grow old together,” the singer said.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit http://www.vlive.tv.
