BTS took to the V app in the lounge at the Billboard Music Awards on Monday.

Dressed in black suits, the group showed their excitement for attending the ceremony.

“It didn’t hit us until we actually joined the red carpet,” BTS said. “We really wanted to say thank you for all your love and support, that’s why we decided to broadcast before the ceremony.”

Jimin blew a kiss to the viewers. “I’m very nervous. We wouldn’t have made it this far, if you weren’t here to support us,” BTS said.

The seven-member act was seen taking pictures with other celebrities, reflecting the group’s surging fame outside of Korea.

BTS ended the broadcast with heartfelt words of gratitude.

“It’s such an awesome experience just by being invited to the awards,” a member said. “We hope to bring you good news. Thank you and I love you!”
