Winner’s Seunghoon denied a rumor that he received a luxury car from G-Dragon via Naver’s V app.

In the video released Monday, Seunghoon and his bandmate Jinwoon were seen in a green room before filming for SBS music show “Inkigayo.”

Seunghoon had recently posted a photo of G-Dragon’s high-end car on his Instagram with the caption “a gift from G-Dragon!” The photo immediately went viral on social media with online commenters expressing doubt as to whether Seunghoon had actually received the car as a present.

“At that time, I was jokingly asking G-Dragon whether I could get his belongings, because they looked so awesome,” said Seunghoon.

“When I asked him if I could get his car, G-Dragon also jokingly replied that I could. So I took the photo and made a joke that it was a gift from G-Dragon.”

Seunghoon and Jinwoon together apologized to G-Dragon’s fans for the confusion.

They also said G-Dragon had accepted their apology regarding the rumor.
