Gong Yoo will support children with serious illnesses in Taiwan, according to a Taiwanese media report Sunday.

“Gong Yoo has sold his official postcard for $3 (NT$100) per copy at the actor’s ‘Make a Wish’ fan meeting on Saturday. A total of $3,310 has been collected by selling 1,000 copies,” the report said.

According to the media outlet, Gong Yoo will donate some profits from the meet-and-greet, along with the funds raised through postcard sales to help children with serious illness, aged 3 to 18.

Gong appeared in front of a crowd of 5,500 in Taiwan on Saturday.

The 37-year-old actor will holding the next fan meeting event in Hong Kong on May 6.
