IU released Tuesday a music video teaser for “Palette,” the lead track of her upcoming album of the same title.

The minutelong teaser showed her being photographed for the new album. Each scene showed two or three different shots at the same time.

The video was shot and edited by photographer Mok Jung-wook, who was in charge of taking the photos.

The new track is set to feature G-Dragon of Big Bang, but he did not make an appearance in the teaser. He participated in making a rap for the song, while IU penned the track.

“Palette” will be a 10-track studio album which includes the prereleased tracks “Through the Night” and “Can’t Love You Anymore.”

The new album will be released Friday at 6 p.m.
