Former 2NE1 member Minzy (Gong Min-ji) will hold a concert on May 5 in Hitotsubashi Hall, Tokyo, the singer announced on her official Japanese twitter account Tuesday.

The concert will feature songs from her upcoming album “Minzy Work 01 Uno” to be released on April 17.

She wrote, “Please support Minzy’s fresh start and the first live performance in a long time!”

The new album will be her first solo album since her debut as a member of 2NE1 in 2009. She left the group in April 2016 and signed with her current agency Music Works Entertainment one month later.

The lead track of the album -- the title of which has not been disclosed yet -- will be a dance song featuring South Korean rapper Flowsik, known for his appearance on Mnet’s hip-hop competition program “Show Me the Money 5.”
