IU unveiled a teaser video for her upcoming pre-released song “Night Letter” via the Naver V app Wednesday.

The clip shows the singer appearing innocent but mysterious in a vintage setting of the 1960s and 1970s.

The folk-ballad song “Night Letter” will be released Friday, along with the full version of its music video. IU’s second pre-released track is set to be unveiled on April 7.

The artist’s fourth studio album is slated to be released via online music streaming sites on April 21.

This will mark her return to the spotlight after a 17-month break since the artist released her latest mini album “Chat-Shire” in October 2015.
