Some girl group members recently shared how difficult it is to live as idols, during an episode of a talk show.

On tvN’s “Life Bar,” Jung Chae-yeon of DIA, Cheng Xiao of WJSN and Solbin of Laboum listed out the things they have to give up to maintain their life as idols.

“I wish I could enjoy college life” Jung said. “I’ll go to college if I have spare time in the future.”

Expressing homesickness, Cheng said, “I want to be with my family as soon as I can.” She also sent a message to her parents saying, “I will try my best to be a daughter that you can feel proud of.”

Solbin talked about her efforts to maintain her weight. “I haven’t eaten instant ramen for two years,” she said, adding that she had once gone to a secret place to eat delivery food just to avoid being found out by her agency.
