Hyeri of Girls’ Day has been offered a lead role in an upcoming film tentatively titled “Monster.”

“Hyeri received an offer for the female lead role in the movie, but nothing has been confirmed yet,” said Hyeri’s agency Dream T Entertainment on Monday.

The agency also said she is reviewing it positively, yet also considering a role on the small screen as well. The potential role in “Monster” would mark Hyeri’s film debut.

“Monster” depicts a battle between a mysterious creature and other groups who attempt to usurp the king during the Joseon era.

Kim Min-seok received an offer to play the male lead role in the film, but nothing has confirmed yet as of Monday. Meanwhile, Yoo Seung-ho denied media reports he was offered the lead role in the movie on the same day.
