Actress Kim Tae-hee has expressed a wish to have a daughter.

“I used to dream of having a son but now I’m leaning more toward a daughter with whom I can become friends,” Kim said on Sunday’s episode of “The Return of the Superman.”

“I grew up in a family of five. My parents surely had their share of difficulties looking after the three of us, but (having siblings) was great,” she said, hinting that she also wants more than one child.

Kim’s boyfriend Jung Ji-hoon, who goes by the stage name Rain, announced via social media Tuesday that the two of them are tying the knot.

The two have dated since 2012 and made their relationship public in January 2013.
