Go Ara has signed with a new entertainment agency, Artist Company.

“With Go Ara’s solid acting skills and charming looks, we expect that she can create a great synergy effect with our agency,” the company said on Tuesday.

The company was set up by actors Jung Woo-sung and Lee Jung-jae in May.

She debuted in 2003 under SM Entertainment and her contract expired in November.

Currently, Go is playing the female lead character in the KBS2 historical drama “Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth.”
