The cast of the upcoming crime thriller “Fabricated City” hosted a V app broadcast on Monday to talk about their movie and answer questions from fans.

Ji Chang-wook, Shim Eun-kyung and Ahn Jae-hong introduced their characters and explained the plot.

Ji’s character, Kwon Yoo, is an unemployed man but a capable leader in the virtual game world. One day a phone call gets him framed for murder.

The movie depicts Kwon uncovering the truth with the help of his virtual friends, a hacker and a member of movie special effects team Demolition.

When asked whether they played games, Ji said he was ranked fourth on his mobile game server he is playing. Shim said that she was interested in games but not good at them. Ahn said he was not interested in games, even when his peers played “StarCraft.”

Ji was asked to compare the film’s action scenes with his recent drama “The K2.” “Both have a number of action scenes but the difference is that I got beaten up a lot in ‘Fabricated City.’ My face was always a mess and I always had to put wound makeup on,” Ji said.

“Fabricated City” is scheduled to be released in February.
