Vogue Korea released photos from its January shoot on Monday with two of the entertainment industry’s biggest female stars who happen to be the spitting image of each other.

Yuri of Girls’ Generation has always been told that she looks like the ‘90s iconic Korean actress Chae Shi-ra. The two finally met each other at the photo shoot.

In a set of black and white photos, the look-alikes appeared in similar outfits with the same exaggerated curly hair, highlighting their facial similarities. Despite the generation gap, Yuri and Chae looked as if they could be twins.

In one shot, the two are wearing ruffled blouses with one facing the front and the other sideways, drawing on a scene from the old French film “La Pointe Courte.”
