Hong Kong and Taiwanese fans of sextet GFriend congratulated the group on their upcoming second anniversary on Jan. 16.

A giant picture of GFriend hung on Seoul’s Ewha Womans University subway station with messages “Buddy will always be with you,” referring to the fan club’s name, and “Happy 2017.”
