The members of Seventeen dressed up as Santa on Christmas Eve during a livestreaming session on Naver’s V app.

On Saturday, the 13 of them celebrated Christmas dressed in Santa costumes.

During the broadcast, each of them made and sent thank-you letters to fans.

The group also sang a Christmas song, “Santa Tell Me,” as part of a surprise performance, which was watched in real-time by more than 300,000 viewers.

Fans sent their idols millions of “hearts” -- similar to Facebook’s “likes” -- over two hours.

Seventeen is known to compose most tracks by itself.

Its third release this year, “Going Seventeen,” which followed its first album “Love&Letter,” includes eight tracks contributed by the group’s members.

Actor Jo Jung-suk, who stars in the film “My Annoying Brother,” appeared on Naver’s V app Saturday.

During a live interview broadcast on the streaming platform, Jo jokingly boasted about his good looks.

“I’ve been told lately that I look even better offscreen,” Jo said. Asked how it feels to be complimented this way, Jo said, “Who would not like to be praised like that? To be told you’re good looking,” which drew laughter from viewers.

CJ Entertainment’s “My Annoying Brother” climbed to the top of the South Korean box office in the second week of its release this month.

Jo also said after starring in the hit drama “Jealousy Incarnate,” more people told him that he looks as handsome in real life as in the drama.

“I felt really good about it every time people told me I look handsome, so I really appreciate it.”
