According to an insider for the SBS drama “Legend of the Blue Sea,” singer Sung Si-kyung will provide the next song on the soundtrack of the hit drama.

A brief snippet of the soundtrack featuring Sung’s voice was played on the most recent episode, which aired Thursday, but the official release date for the song has yet to be announced.

Sung will join an A-list line-up of artists on the soundtrack, which includes singer Lyn, Yoon Mi-rae and Jung-yeop.

Sung has been dubbed the king of soundtracks, and has recorded a number of hit songs for past hit dramas, including “Secret Garden” and “Moonlight Drawn by Clouds.”
