2NE1 member Sandara Park and Winner member Taehyun have both issued written letters to their fans, in light of 2NE1’s official disbandment and Taehyun’s contract termination with YG Entertainment.

YG announced the news Friday, and was met with harsh criticism from fans. In an effort to quell the rising disapproval, Park and Taehyun both issued handwritten letters.

Park wrote the letter on a piece of paper and handed it to a fan during a Philippine broadcast. Although she didn’t post it on her social media, her fanclub “Parkers” have been sharing the letter all over Twitter.

Meanwhile, Taehyun wrote a handwritten letter and shared it on his Instagram account Saturday. He has since taken it down.
