Not snacking helps lose weight, says EXO’s Xiumin

Xiumin said he stays in shape by strictly not snacking between meals.
“I take a walk in the morning for an hour and return home to have breakfast. … I do not eat for four hours before having lunch. After lunch, I abstain from food for another four hours. I eat nothing in the four hours before I go to sleep,” he said.
The musician claimed that everyone including students can try this routine.
“Diligence and perseverance are vital for following the diet routine,” he said. “A student can wake up earlier to work out before school starts.”
Xiumin does not believe in skipping meals, as it might be damaging to one’s health.
“Star Show 360,” which premiered on Sept. 19, airs on Mondays at 11:10 p.m.
