Seolhyun from K-pop girl group AOA and Zico from K-pop boy band Block B have ended their relationship after dating for six months, their agencies said Tuesday.

Media outlet Sports Donga reported the breakup, revealing that the two had decided to keep their relationship platonic instead.

Zico’s agency Seven Seasons confirmed the news and issued a statement that said, “The rumor that the two broke up is true. We cannot disclose any further details about the breakup because it involves their personal life.”

Likewise, Seolhyun’s agency FNC Entertainment confirmed the rumors and announced, “Due to the heavy pressure and attention from the public, dating became harder for them and they naturally grew apart and broke up.”

They begun dating in March and went public with their relationship in August.
