Two new dramas, “Shopping King Louie” and “On the Way to the Airport,” are scheduled to begin airing Wednesday, continuing the rivalry for viewership between broadcast channels MBC and KBS2.

“Shopping King Louie” will air on MBC on Wednesdays and Thursdays, while “On the Way to the Airport” will be broadcast on KBS2.

“Shopping King Louie” centers on the budding romance between Louie (played by Seo In-guk) and Ko Bok-Sil (played by Nam Ji-hyun). Louie, who is from an incredibly wealthy family, loses his memory. Ko is a sincere and earnest woman who teaches him about love.

“On the Way to the Airport” follows the extramarital affair between Choi Soo-A (played by Kim Ha-Neul) and Seo Do-Woo (played by Lee Sang-Yoon). Choi works at an airline and is married to a pilot, with whom she has a daughter. Seo teaches architecture and is also married with a daughter. They develop feelings for each other.
