A recording of Kim Woo-bin from “Uncontrollably Fond” meeting fans for a thank you event to wrap up the finale of the drama was uploaded to Naver V app on Tuesday.

Kim watched the final episode on his mobile phone while he traveling to the event, but still found it hard to accept that the show has ended. “I wasn’t able to listen to it properly on the road, so I think I would have to watch it again to fully understand that the show has ended,” he said.

He couldn’t find the right words to express how he feels saying that “It would be easier in writing. It’s difficult to say how I feel.”

Once he arrived at the event, Kim showed his gratitude and love to the members of his fan club, Wooribin.

“Thank you for the love you gave me,” Kim said, “’Thank you’ and ‘Love you’ are the two things that I said many times during my time as Shin Joon-young.”

Kim’s on-screen character Shin Joon-young suffered a terminal illness.

“I believe we are lucky to have the time and the chance to be able to say the L-word to those who we care about,” Kim said, to which his fans replied “We love you.”
