The scriptwriter of MBC’s TV series “W” has shared via an online link the entire script of the drama.

“I appreciate all the viewers who had spent two months watching this abnormal, obscure, complicated, odd and unfriendly series,” said the scriptwriter Song Jae-jung on an MBC bulletin board.

The writer wanted to help viewers better understand the drama’s plot.

“If you read the script in the written version while lying in bed, you will find it easier to understand (the synopsis),” Song said. “What was shown in the TV series was breathtakingly short.”

The original script has differences in storyline compared to the TV version, added Song, who has completed the final draft of the script for the drama’s 16th episode.

The script for the final episode, slated to air Wednesday, will be available after the broadcast.

“W” stars actor Lee Jong-suk and actress Han Hyo-joo. It revolves around a world where webtoon characters come to life.
