Rookie girl group Black Pink of YG Entertainment closed its activities Sunday after grabbing the No. 1 title in the music competition TV program, “Inkigayo” for the second time.

The girls had won first place in the same program on Aug. 21. They also topped Mnet’s music program “M! Countdown” on Sept. 8.

Rose promised that the group will come back with even better songs, while Jenny said she’ll cherish the memory of the time the group met their fans in person for the very first time.

Quartet Black Pink made its debut on Aug. 8 and did stage performances for about a month.

Their final performance on Sunday on “Inkigayo” marked the group’s third time to top a TV music competition.
