Despite her being just 17 years old, actress Kim So-hyun’s family members felt “little aversion” to the kiss scenes in tvN’s series “Let’s Fight, Ghost.”

In an interview with News 1 Star, the actress said she was “surprised” that her family members had no problems with the kiss scenes she had to act in.

"My family felt little aversion to the kiss scene, which surprised me,” she said. “My aunt called me and said Hyun-ji (Kim So-hyun) made a good pair with Bong-pal (Ok Taec-yeon). My grandmother loved the kiss scene as well.”

She had been asked about public concern over the kiss scenes, but had shrugged it off.

“I am sensible enough to tell the difference between acting and reality,” she said. “I think it’s a rite of passage for any child actors or actresses.”

However, given her tender age, she admitted that she knew little about romance, which posed a challenge when acting certain scenes.

“As I have never been in a romantic relationship, I was met with obstacles,” Kim said.

The webtoon-based series “Let’s Fight, Ghost” revolves on the romance between a human and a ghost. Its final episode aired Tuesday.
