Soyou in love with soy milk

Soyou from K-pop quartet Sistar recently revealed a healthy diet item in an interview with fashion magazine Ceci -- soy milk.

“I mainly have protein for breakfast. I sometimes mix soy milk with fruits and enjoy a smoothie,” she said.

She added, “I have tried many different kinds of diet methods and have even restricted my food intake to extreme levels. But last year I lost too much weight, so now I try to focus more on my health than losing weight.”

The singer also shared that soy milk helps perk her up when she is working.

“Before or after any performances, I have some fruit-flavored soy milk. It makes me feel full and eases tension that I feel. Usually when I am stressed, I regain my strength by having some sweet and sour food, or take a break with my pet.”

Soyou also mentioned some fitness tips.

“I used to do a lot of muscle-heavy workouts before, but now I usually focus on light ones to relieve stress and body correcting exercises. In the morning I work out on an empty stomach, or simply have some soy milk, but I eat a lot for my afternoon workout.”

Overall, she emphasized a healthy and positive mindset.

The singer also had a photo shoot with Ceci, showcasing a range of different looks from a comfortable outfit to lingerie.
