K-pop idols competed under the taboo theme of love affairs on Wednesday night’s episode of Mnet’s dance competition show, “Hit the Stage.”
NCT’s Ten, ex-Beast’s member Jang Hyun-seung, I.O.I’s Kim Chung-ha and Block B’s U-Kwon took on the challenge and managed to pull off some colorful dance moves.

Ten, who is inexperienced when it comes to love and relationships, said he “watched a lot of romantic movies” to prepare for the show. He performed a wacky number with his partner, Jung Si-yeon.

Jang was partnered with Stephanie, one of Korea’s most talented female dancers, and achieved the best score with their sexy choreography. Prior to their performance, Jang said, “I want healthy sexiness, my partner had to be Stephanie,” and expressed satisfaction with their perfect collaboration.

Kim performed with the crew, WAAK CRUSH, and flaunted some powerful dance skills with showy outfits.

Lastly, U-Kwon, whose Joker dance received the highest score on the first episode, took to the stage with YooA, a member of K-pop group, Oh My Girl. Their concept was “Pet love on a day without owners.” The duo dressed for the part in cat and dog outfits and performed an adorable number with a twist.
Mnet’s “Hit the Stage” is a dance competition program in which K-pop idols and professional dancers team up and compete. The show airs Wednesdays at 11 p.m.
