HyunA promised to eat noodles with fans if her new album ranks first place on music charts.
During a Naver V App broadcast on July 31, the idol singer talked about her fifth mini album “A’wesome,” which was released at midnight.
The app’s chat room was filled with messages in different languages, showing the hallyu star’s global popularity.
While answering questions from fans, HyunA revealed that she liked “jjajangmyun,” or Korean black bean sauce noodles. She promised to have some with fans if her new album does well.
“If I get first place, I will have a 50-minute jjajangmyun date with fans,” she said.
Meanwhile, the K-pop singer’s new track “How Is It?” ranked top on seven local music charts including Mnet, Bugs, Genie and Naver Music.

K-pop group Oh My Girl introduced on the V app on Sunday its upcoming album “A-ing.”
The group’s members were all smiles, with each of them rocking a summer look in white and blue dresses.
In response to a question about who would be the best student leader in a classroom, Hyo-jung picked Ji-ho saying, “I think she has good leadership and would help friends in need.”
Seung-hee said of Hyo-jung, “She has been so into practicing dance lately.”
The rookie group announced that it will hold its first concert “Summer Story” from Aug. 20 to 21.
Meanwhile, its “Summer Special” album was released on Aug. 1 and it also features reggae duo Haha and Skull. British music producer David Anthony was behind the album, which has music spanning reggae and pop.
