Park Yoo-chun from K-pop band JYJ will not be attending the group’s fan event in September, his agency C-Jes Entertainment announced Tuesday.

The police have charged Park with solicitation of prostitution and fraud, but he has been cleared of sexual assault charges previously brought against him.

His bandmates Kim Jae-joong and Kim Jun-su will be at the event “2016 Kim Jae-joong, Kim Jun-su Membership Week” from Sept. 9 to Sept. 11 at Coex Hall in Seoul.

C-Jes Entertainment said the meet-and-greet event will involve talk show, dance party, dress room event, all of which requires fans’ engagement.

Members of online JYJ fan community are invited to the fan meeting event, which would mark the fifth this year.
