[V Report] Good makeup knows no limits

A slew of beauty YouTubers introduced tips for summertime makeup via Naver’s V app on Thursday.
Here are some who stood out:
LeoJ
“I don’t think man and woman’s makeup are different. If you put it on a woman’s face, it becomes woman’s makeup and vice versa,” he said. (Naver V app)
“What I do on my face is not ‘trans’ or ‘drag queen’ but ‘my’ makeup,” he added.
“I’ll show you a true ‘jalsaeng-ppeum’ today,” he said, using a Korean phrase that means both handsome and pretty.
LeoJ then jumped right into the makeup session which included the use of colored contact lens, three brands of makeup brushes, eyeshadow and fake eyelashes.
Some 3,485 people watched the show. LeoJ’s Instagram account handle is “@LeoJMakeup
Ryong

Also on the show were two male guests, a student and an office worker, who are both her cousins.
Her cousins helped relay questions from the viewers to Ryong, who demonstrated the makeup look step by step.
When picking eye shadow colors, Ryong asked for her cousins’ opinion. They liked a pale pinkish red.
The men were very curious to learn about the tools Ryong used to enhance her features such as brushes and stick concealers.
Yeni
Makeup artist Yeni provided a V beauty show that caters to students, to celebrate the end of final examinations at universities. (Naver V app)
Yeni recommended some affordable products for students.
Her show focused on a subtle yet exciting look for the younger crowd.
Yeni brought out various colors of eye and lip makeup. She applied those that viewers wanted to see tested.
Angel

Angel, 30, and Aiden, 33, run the YouTube channel “Beautifymeeh,” which is aired from from Texas, the U.S., where they live with their two children.
On Thursday, they introduced the theme “Summer Vacance Makeup and Style.”
Aiden helped pick out a white summer dress for Angel.
The couple also talked about their upcoming holiday plans, how they first met and how they are getting by in the U.S.
Viewers told them of the heat wave in Korea.
