Big Bang’s Tokyo Dome tour album tops Oricon charts

K-pop group Big Bang’s Tokyo Dome tour concert album has topped Japanese music chart Oricon’s daily rankings for DVD and Blueray, said YG Entertainment on Thursday.

“Bigbang World Tour 2015-2016 (Made) in Japan” was released on Wednesday. It includes a documentary clip showing a 170-minute live performance, an 86-minute rehearsal, and an interview with group members.

Big Bang held concerts at the Tokyo Dome as part of its world tour from November 2015 till February this year.

The documentary film “Big Bang Made,” which centers on the K-pop group, has also been well-received in Japan since its release there on July 2.

Meanwhile, the group will be holding its 10th anniversary celebration concert “Bigbang10 The Concert: 0.To.10 in Japan” at the Yanmar Stadium Nagai in Osaka from Friday to Sunday.
