Rumors are spreading in China that Yoona of K-pop group Girls’ Generation is dating Chinese actor and singer Li Yifeng.

Care Gossip Association, a Weibo account that deals mostly with celebrity news, uploaded a short article under the title, “Are Li Yifeng and Yoona friends or lovers? The schedules of the two summarized.” It stated that the two were often spotted together, even when locations of their work schedules did not overlap.

Chinese media outlets such as Fenghuang TV and Sina quoted the Weibo, further circulating the rumors of the two stars’ relationship. Some reports said Li recently told staff that he had a girlfriend. Speculations grew that Li’s girlfriend might be Yoona.

The two met with each other when Yoona featured in Li’s music video “Please Contact Me.”

Yoona’s agency, S.M. Entertainment, said that the rumor claiming that Yoona and Li are dating is false.
