Hip-hop trio Epic High’s rapper Mithra Jin made four live broadcasts on V app on Tuesday while hiking up Seoul’s Mount Bukhansan National Park.

For each 20-minute video, Mithra panted and climbed to the top of the mountain, one of the most popular mountains for hikers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province.

He said this climb was a way for him to prepare himself before the upcoming Epik High concert, “Now Playing,” slated between July 22 and 24.

Various musicians including rapper Simon Dominic, siblings duo AKMU, singer-producer DEAN, rapper Beenzino and YDG, K-pop group Beast will participate as guests.

“What do you mean I grew old, I was always old,” Mithra joked, obviously drained after the climb.

“This is making me freshly realize how difficult it is to hold a concert,” he said.

“The crow won’t stop squawking,” he said, apologizing for the ambient noise, all the while encouraging the viewers to come see the performance in July.

B.A.P

Six-member K-pop boy group B.A.P broadcast a V show while waiting for their flights home from Singapore.

“We’ll arrive in Korea tomorrow morning,” said B.A.P, all members busily combing their hair trying to look their best for their fans.

Himchan and Youngjae wanted to drop the honorifics from their speech, “Let’s pretend we’re all friends.”

“Yoonji-ya, go study!” Youngaje said to a fan who said she had been studying but now she couldn’t because of B.A.P’s V broadcast.

“Everyone, please have the chili crab and the kaya toast when you’re in Singapore,” Youngaje said, praising the Singaporean dishes.

Youngjae couldn’t remember having the laksa noodles, however, when a fan asked if he had tried them. Himchan reminded Youngjae they had had the noodles, that they were creamy but spicy and delicious.

“We’re following the stream of our consciousness,” Youngjae said, now taking the conversation to TV dramas and movies he likes.

He said the latest TV show he is following is actor Seo In-guk’s TV drama, “Squad 38,” which has aired up to fourth episode now.

Jongup popped into the screen and said “I’m catching up on Leonardo DiCaprio movies. I watched ‘Blood Diamond,’ ‘Titanic,’ ‘Inception,” he said.

Himchan chimed in, “I want to watch ‘The Wolf of Wall Street,’” also starring DiCaprio.
