Actor Lee Min-ho was spotted at a movie promotion event in a theater for the upcoming Chinese film “Bounty Hunters” in Guangzhou, China on Saturday.

The indoor screening event, however, was not initially the plan.

The staff and cast of the movie, including Lee, previously held road shows in Qingdao, Suzhou, Xian and Fuzhou as promotional events. However, the Saturday event outdoors was canceled due to safety concerns from “the unexpectedly huge crowd,” according to multiple local reports.

Lee asked for a screening event at a nearby movie theater instead, local reports added.

After the screening was over, Lee showed up to thank fans for their support of his debut project, taking pictures with them.
