Strong friendships among male celebrities

Actor Song Joong-ki’s fans would all know that his best friends are actors Lee Kwang-soo and Zo In-sung.

Last year, they visited Thailand together after Song was discharged from military service.

In photos that were released, they appeared to enjoy one another’s company while on vacation.

On Aug. 17, 2013, when Song held a fan meeting before entering into military service, Zo attended the event as a special guest. Zo has said that he can openly tell Song everything, while Song has said that he has learnt a lot from Zo.

Actors Jung Woo-sung and Lee Jung-jae are widely known for their close friendship that extends back 20 years.

The two top celebrities first met while working on the film “City of the Rising Sun” (1999). Recently, they jointly established their own entertainment agency, Artist Company.

According to a recent episode of tvN’s variety show “Wednesday’s Food Talk,” the two are often spotted having brunch together.

“Jung is my best friend and (almost) a family,” said Lee in a TV interview, expressing their deep friendship.

Model-turned-actors Lee Jong-suk and Kim Woo-bin are also close friends.

They have been close since their debut as fashion models. Both of them rose to fame by playing lead roles in the KBS’ popular drama series “School 2013.”

Kim is a protagonist in an upcoming romantic drama “Uncontrollably Fond,” which is to be released on July 6, while Lee will be in the romantic drama “W,” which kick offs on July 20.
