Quartet Mamamoo aired a show on the V app on Sunday evening to mark its second anniversary.

“We’re doing a concert to mark our second year. When we hit our 20th anniversary, let’s do a dinner show,” said the group’s members. “It’s a dream.”

The group expressed gratitude to fans who had congratulated them on the occasion and joined them in celebration.
“Some fans made video clips and wrote handwritten messages to us. Thank you so much,” said Solar.

“It’s unbelievable that two years have passed since our debut,” said the group’s members.

Ticket presales for Mamamoo’s concert “MOOSICAL” starts on Monday at 8 p.m. for official fan club members.

For regular concertgoers, presales start on Wednesday at 8 p.m.

“As this is our two-year anniversary concert, it’s going to be more dynamic than ever before and we are putting in a lot of effort to put things together,” said the group’s members. “Please continue showing us your love and support, and Mamamoo will rise to your expectations.”

Apink

K-pop group Apink recently visited the busy streets of Sinchon in northwestern Seoul, donned in pink, blue, yellow and white dresses, to fulfil the promise it had made upon becoming the runner-up for the first prize in the music entertainment TV show “Inkigayo.”

“It was all thanks to your love that we were able to make it there,” said the Apink members to viewers on the V app.

Apink released the song “Tinker Bell” as part of its album “Spring” in April.

The girls navigated their way around Sinchon’s small streets with star-shaped pink wands until they reached an open space in the middle of the main road where throngs of enthusiastic fans greeted them.

Apink said, “We’re surprised to see so many of you here, isn’t it the final exam term right now?” referring to the many university students present at the scene, apparently from the nearby Yonsei University.

Fans both at the site and on the V app responded excitedly to the girls’ bubbly live performance, singing along and leaving many comments on the app.

ZE:A J

ZE:A J, a trio unit of the boy band ZE:A comprised of Hee-chul, Kevin and Dong-jun, recently saluted V app viewers from Tokyo.
“Everyone is well,” said the trio’s members.

“Thank you all for visiting our V channel to see us.”

Kevin said in fluent English, “We are in Japan, doing our concert and fan meetings. Thank you for supporting us and giving us so much love from all over the world.”

Dong-jun, who said he recently went to China to study Chinese, repeated what Kevin had said in Chinese.

Dong-jun said he had visited Jejudo Island a few weeks ago for a photo shoot, “I’m tanning my skin now. But it’s not tanning as evenly as I want it to.”

The trio’s members also shared their summer vacation plans.

Kevin wanted to go to Busan’s Haeundae Beach.

“Every time we go to Haeundae, we go for an official schedule, so this year I really want to go to Haeundae Beach, just to have fun.”

Hee-chul said he wanted to do wakeboarding and other water sports in Yangpyeong and Gapyeong, cities near the capital city Seoul. “Our group’s album always comes out in summer so we barely have any chance to chill during summer.”

Dong-jun added that he wanted to surf, “There’s a place called Yangyang in Korea where we can surf.”

Hee-chul chimed in saying, “You can do the same in Jejudo’s Jungmun-dong.”

VIXX

Boy band VIXX broadcast a brief video on V after wrapping up a fan event.

“Thanks to you, we had an amazing time that we will remember forever,” said the band’s members, dressed in black-and-white outfits which they called “superhero costumes.”

“We had great fun preparing for this fan event,” said N. “We will continue to work hard to make lasting memories with you, so let us keep this going, everyone!”

Block B’s Zico

Boy band Block B’s rapper Zico aired an hour-long V show from his hotel room in Tokyo.

“We released a ‘Toy’ single album in Japan,” said Zico, holding up a pink CD case.

“It looks quite different from the Korean version. As you can see, in this one we’re innocent and pure.”

Zico lay down on his bed casually and said, “After this last night, we’re going back to Seoul. This is me resting, resting with you guys.”

“I’m using a room for my own because I usually stay up late working on my music. That keeps the other members from sleeping, so they (the management) assigned me to a single room.”

Zico guessed that the band’s other members might be at the gym or sleeping.

“We had Korean food. Barbequed pork and cold buckwheat noodle,” Zico said.

“I’m really bad at grammar, I will pay extra care when I type my responses to you over V,” he added.

Zico went on talking with fans for an hour.
