Park Yoo-chun, the scandal-ridden member of popular K-pop boy band JYJ, is facing another investigation after a second woman filed a complaint that he sexually assaulted her in 2015, police said Thursday, less than a week after similar charges were filed against the singer.

The complainant, whose identity was withheld, filed the case with the Gangnam Police Station, claiming Park raped her in the bathroom of a bar in southern Seoul in December.

Just this Wednesday a woman in her 20s dropped a similar complaint against Park. She originally said Park raped her in a bathroom located within a bar room where she works earlier this month, but later changed her statement that there was no coercion.

When withdrawing her complaint, the 20-something said she had pressed charges as she thought Park treated her disrespectfully when they had sex, according to police.

Earlier on Thursday, Park's agency C-Jes Entertainment released a statement, saying it will take legal action against all those who expand or produce rumors regarding Park.

Police said they will investigate the details of the new incident. On Wednesday they said they would continue the investigation into the case filed last week as sexual assault cases are subject to punishment regardless of the complaint's willingness to drop charges. (Yonhap)
