Veteran actors have been teaching less-experienced coworkers during their film or TV drama shoots, according to local media outlets.

Here is a list of actors well known for their tutelage:

Park Shin-yang taught acting to seven would-be actors who were often said to be “maligned” during tvN reality show “Actor School.”

Surprisingly, he has been doing the same during the filming of “My Lawyer, Mr. Jo.” Thanks to his passionate coaching, the TV drama ranked No. 1 in its prime-time slot.

Ji Sung

Ji Sung kicked off TV drama “Entertainers,” costarring Kang Min-hyuk, Hyeri, and L.Joe. As the cast consisted of mostly less experienced stars-in-the-making, Ji Sung made sure to instruct them carefully for the sake of the drama series.

Reportedly, Ji Sung even called on the cast members twice on weekends for a detailed acting lesson.

Namkoong Min

The 38-year-old actor is not only known for his heart-throbbing looks, but also for his great acting skills. As the lead of new TV drama “Beautiful Gong Shim,” he taught his counterpart Minah about the basics of acting.

“We met on holidays to practice over and over again. I‘ll never forget how helpful he was,” said Minah.
