Singer-actress Suzy will cohost the prestigious Paeksang Arts Awards 2016 with comedian Shin Dong-yup, according to a NewsEn report on Monday.

Suzy, who is a member of girl group Miss A, has hosted other prestigious award events in Korea, including the Seoul Music Awards, Seoul International Drama Awards and Korean Musical Awards.

Suzy won the Best New Actress award at the Paeksang Arts Awards in 2012 for playing the role of Yang Seo-yeon in the Korean film “Architecture 101.”

The Paeksang Arts Awards is one of the three top film awards in Korea. The other two are the Dae Jong Film Awards and Blue Dragon Film Awards.

Marking its 52nd edition this year, Paeksang 2016 will take place on June 3 at Grand Peace Hall in Kyung Hee University. It will be aired on JTBC.
