Song Joong-ki and Park Bo-gum have been chosen to star in a commercial together, according to industry sources.

The commercial shoot for Domino’s Pizza is scheduled to start soon.

The news surprised many as it is rare to have two male models for the same brand. Domino’s Pizza has always paired a male and female model since 2011, including Suzy with Gong Yoo, and Kim Woo-bin with Kim So-hyun.

Song Joong-ki and Park Bo-gum are known to be quite close as they work under the same agency, and expectations are high as to how well they will pull off the commercial.

Song Joong-ki is preparing for an Asia tour as his recent hit drama “Descendant of the Sun” came to a close. Meanwhile, Park Bo-gum is preparing for a return to the small screen with the period drama “Moonlight Drawn by Clouds.”
