Staying fit is important for everyone, not just K-pop stars. The Kpop Herald features three celebrities who have stayed in tip-top shape.

The member of Sistar is against going on diets that may harm one’s health. “Even when you have to lose a huge amount of weight, you should always eat food such as eggs, milk, oatmeal and fruits. No one should be forcing oneself to go for days on end without proper nutrition,” she advised.

On the reality program “I Live Alone,” Soyou shared some of her workout routines. She starts off by stretching. After some weight lifting and squats, she finishes off with pull-up bar exercises.

She is an exercise fanatic who makes it a point to exercise no matter how busy she is. “Even when I am on a tight schedule, I do weight training at the hotel’s fitness center,” she said in a media report.

The Apink member tries to reduce salt in her diet and leads a balanced lifestyle by exercising. She said in a media report, “I usually stick to basic weight lifting workouts and pilates. One thing is for sure, squats will transform your legs.”
