SBS’ jungle survival program “Law of the Jungle” uploaded pictures on Instagram on Friday of Jota from the boy band Madtown. They showed him getting injured in Tonga.

Jota had mishandled a knife while using it to peel coconut fruit, which resulted in a thigh injury.

The posts were accompanied with the following text: “Jota stayed calm and did not get agitated though he was injured” and “A good body condition and staying safe are always top priorities.”

In one of the pictures, Jota, with his leg injury, was surrounded by staff. The episode that shows Jota getting injury and the aftermath will be aired on Friday.

Filming had wrapped up in February, and the entire team had returned to Seoul on Feb. 19.

On Thursday, Jota had walked the red carpet before visiting the runway show of D.Gnak at Seoul Fashion Week.

“He has recuperated so he was able to come to Seoul Fashion Week on Thursday,” a staff at J. Tune Camp told Kpop Herald.

The reality program “Law of the Jungle” airs on Fridays at 10 p.m.
