EXO D.O has talked about his experience of acting a cute character in the upcoming film “Pure Love,” saying it was better to act it than be one in real life.

Regarding his lines in the film, he said, “I thought a lot about how to say these lines without making anyone cringe, like when saying ‘I will protect you forever,’” D.O said during a press conference promoting his upcoming film “Pure Love” on Tuesday.

“Acting itself wasn’t hard. I rather felt comfortable, because I’m very bad in expressing my feelings in real life,” he explained.

The drama flick depicts a love story about a radio DJ who receives a letter sent 23 years ago. Also starring actress Kim So Hyun, the movie will hit theaters in February.
