WINNER’s new album is to be released soon, and YG Family has joined forces to support them. YG Entertainment announced G-Dragon as the fifth participant in prerelease “cover song” project for WINNER’s upcoming album. Other YG Entertainment artists such as Lee Hi, and G-Dragon’s fellow Big Bang member Taeyang are also participating in the promotion planned out by YG Entertainment CEO Yang Hyun-suk.
G-Dragon has shown special affection for WINNER in past reality shows concerning the group, and this is probably the reason why he decided to sing a “cover” for them; he has never done such work for other artists.
